Funeral Services
If you’re feeling overwhelmed right now, know that you’re not alone. We are here for you through every step of the process. We believe that grief is a burden lightened by many hands, and the most important thing to do after a loss is to lean on the care and support of community: friends, family, neighbors, and a funeral home that has been part of Denver’s history since 1919.
If death has occurred, call us at (303) 745-4418.
We are available day and night.
Fully Personalized Funeral Arrangements
There are also matters of logistics to consider when planning a funeral: what to do with your loved one’s body, when and where to hold a funeral service, and many smaller but no less important decisions about the details.
A funeral can be held whether your loved one will be buried or cremated. Traditionally, the funeral program includes a viewing or visitation, a religious or secular service with the body present in a casket, and personalized touches such as memorial slide shows, eulogies, or readings. Afterward, they may be a procession to the cemetery for burial, or to the crematorium.
That is one common template for a funeral, but there are many other options, from private graveside services to elaborate celebrations of life. When you reach out to us to begin making a loved one’s final arrangements, we will take time to get to know you, understand your loved one’s story, and work together to craft a final send-off that will honor their legacy.
Attending a Funeral
Grief is a burden that’s lighter when shared. Your presence matters more than you know.
If you’ve been invited to a funeral, don’t let your uncertainty about next steps stop you from offering support. Worried about how to offer your condolences? Don’t know what to wear?
Worried about attending a funeral of a
different religious faith or culture? We are here for you, too.

Religious and Cultural Considerations
We work closely with religious leaders and community members to be sure everyone is honored appropriately and respectfully. Many of our funeral directors are members of these communities themselves and understand first-hand the importance of getting the details right in this moment of need.

Celebrations of Life
Funerals don’t have to be somber events. Many families prefer to honor a loved one’s life with a one-of-a-kind celebration that tells their story in a unique way. These can be held in place of a funeral or in conjunction with one, be small gatherings or major events, and can be religious or secular in scope. Learn more about planning a celebration of life.

Veteran Services
Members of the armed forces are entitled to certain benefits and funeral honors. We can help you to navigate the essential paperwork and arrange for your loved one to receive the fitting honors. We are also partnered with Fort Logan National Cemetery to offer free burial services to veterans and their eligible spouses. Learn more about veteran services.

Signature Services and Memorialization Options
We work closely with families to create personalized funeral and memorial services, and we will accommodate as many personal requests and preferences as possible. We also offer a variety of signature services that can bring a unique touch to a funeral gathering, such as facilitating a dove release at the graveside. We also offer memorial jewelry and keepsakes to help keep loved ones close after death. Learn more about our signature services.
