They play a deeply meaningful role in the lives of those they serve. And above all, they work tirelessly to care for our loved ones and bring comfort to our families. We are honored to give these remarkable caregivers something back.

Horan & McConaty is proud to present the Horan Community Caregiver Award, open to anyone who works with those nearing the end of their lives: hospice workers, physicians, nurses, chaplains, social workers, CNAs, healthcare administrative professionals, or volunteers.
