Deborah Gale Sheldon-Clow, 63, of Lochbuie, Colorado passed from this life on March 6, 2018 after bravely battling cancer for 3 years. Debbie was born in Brooklyn, New York to Arthur and Beatrice Sheldon. She grew up in Brooklyn and was educated in the New York Public Schools. She received a BA in Theatre Production from Brooklyn College. She worked in live theatre as an electrician and lighting designer. On August 22, 1984 she married the love of her life, and best friend, David L. Clow III and was a very proud mother raising 2 children, David Alan and Amy Rose. She truly loved being surrounded by her family, friends, dogs, home cooked meals, talking about the colors of light and reading. She valued her friendships, some lifelong and was quite social. She was a talented quilter and photographer. Later in life, she became a Media Clerk in the Adams 12-5 Star School District and delighted in the children she encountered in the Silver Hills Middle School Library. She spent several years serving as a member of the Wright Farms Metro District Board of Directors.

She leaves behind Dave (husband), David (son)/Hadley, Nate/Amy Ewing (daughter), Beatrice (mother), Robin (sister), cousins, extended family, coworkers, friends and canines: Charlie Lab, Toga Beagle, and Maddix Blue Healer.

Condolences, happy memories, captioned photos, and for more information about the celebration of her life/memorial may be sent via email to: and watch for Facebook updates.

Debbie's family suggests instead of sending flowers; remembrances are made to any public school library, public library, or animal shelter caring for dogs.

There was no cadence of the drum, no wailing of the pipes, no procession to follow; Our loss is no less significant and profound.

Love the one you're with........
