Survived by his wife Marcia J.; children Michael S. (Diane), Larry D., Nancy S. Townsend; five grandchildren; one great grandson. Graduated from Washburn University and served in the 2nd Armored Division in WWII. Past chieftain of The St. Andrew Society Colorado. Memorial Service, Monday, April 6, 2009, at 1:00 p.m., at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, in Lakewood, Colorado. Committal Service follows at 2:15 p.m. at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Pavilion ""C"", 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, in Denver, Colorado.
