Michael Pyle

Michael Paul Pyle, 42 passed away on May 27, 2021. Born in Denver on March 21, 1979, he is survived by his parents, Jerry Pyle of Lakewood, Colorado and Anne Pyle of Federal Heights, Colorado. He is also survived by his brother, Justin Lloyd Pyle; sister-in-law, Brenda Pyle; and a beloved niece, Madison Pyle, all of Grand Junction, Colorado.  He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Lloyd Pyle; grandmother, Bonnie Pyle and his maternal grandfather, Paul Knipstein; and his grandmother, Holly Knipstein.

Michael worked in landscaping after high school and always enjoyed being outdoors. He moved to Louisiana in 2005 and worked for Boots and Coots in the oil and gas industry, and was an operator on an oil rig. He later worked in North Dakota in the Bakken Oil Fields and received many certifications throughout his career, including a class A CDL License. He later drove semi -trucks with heavy equipment from Louisiana to Texas and worked off shore oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. His most recent job was working for Mini Mobile Storage Units driving in Denver.

He enjoyed camping, fishing, and photography. He also learned to make his own music recordings and loved country and electronic music. One of Michael’s favorite loves was his truck and motorcycle, which he loved to ride.

A Memorial Service will be held at Horan and McConaty Funeral home, 3101 South Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, Colorado on June 18, 2021 at 12:00pm.
