Leonard Paul Latham, 89, of Denver passed away on September 6, 2021 at Arvada Care and Rehabilitation Center. Born on October 16, 1931 in Decatur Michigan, he was the oldest of five children to Leroy and Olive (King) Latham.

Leonard worked as a Biomedical Research Scientist for the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Prior to that, he was a Fire Ranger in Montana.

He was a member of the United States Army National Guard, and was stationed in Germany during that time.

He enjoyed Photography, Art, Puzzles, & Playing the Piano.

He will be remembered for his Amazing Brilliance & Contributions to Medical Science, Genuine Kindness Towards Others, & his Hilarious Sense of Humor

Leonard is survived by his sisters Anita Hinks & JoEllen VanGalder.

In additional to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Shirley Perkins & Brother Leslie Latham.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 1:00pm at Horan & McConaty, 7577 W. 80th Ave. Arvada, CO 80003.
