Eileen Robinson

"On Tuesday, January 19th, 2021, Eileen Robinson passed away suddenly in her home in Littleton, Colorado at the age of 79. Eileen is preceded in death by her parents, Frances Ellen Hayes and Forrest Gordon Robinson, and her brother Gary Robinson. She is survived by her daughter Kary Ginsburg, Kary’s husband Jeff, and their three sons, Will, Joey, and Max.

Eileen was born in Denver, Colorado on November 13, 1941. She graduated from West High School in 1959 and was an active participant in the alumni association. She lived and loved an active lifestyle of traveling, hiking, spending time at her cabin in Conifer, Colorado which she herself helped to build, visiting Colorado historical sites with her friends, and caring for her dogs, Maggie and Jackson. All who have known her are sure to remember her vivacious and fun nature, as well as her quick wit.

On Eileen’s last full day of life, she hosted family at her cabin, cooked lunch, stoked a fire, and took pictures as young ones took turns sledding in the snow. True to her adventurous spirit, she said, “Now you take the camera. I’m going next!”

As per Eileen’s request, there will be no funeral services, though with public safety permitting due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be held a celebration of her life later on in the year. Information will then be provided."
