Donald Evan Marturano passed away peacefully on February 27, 2021.   Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on December 21, 1946, Don relocated with his family to Littleton in 1951 when his father started his Colorado-based medical practice.  Don graduated from Littleton High School in 1965.

Don completed his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from CU in 1969.  He was subsequently awarded a Rotary Fellowship to the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England, where he received a Master’s Degree in Economics.  Upon his return stateside, Don was accepted to law school at the University of Denver.  He completed his Juris Doctor in 1974 and practiced law throughout Colorado until his retirement in 2019.

Don is survived by two children - Kathryn (Justin) and Chad (Laura); five grandchildren – Leonardo, Quinn, Theodore, Kade and Penelope; three siblings – Bruce (Julie), James and Barbara (Tom); and three nieces - Maran, Jenna and Amy.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Frank and Genevieve Marturano.
