Delores Brence

Delores Catherine Brence, nee Brunner, age 86, died in her home on January 5, 2022.  She was a graduate of Orfordville, WI High School and Madison Business College.  Dee met and married Richard (Dick) J Brence at Truax Field, WI, November 9, 1957. She traveled as a career military wife for 24 years before retiring after 25 years as an Office Manager for Denner, Ditch Witch, Equipment Co.

She enjoyed arts and crafts and was an avid card player belonging to two pinochle and one bridge club.  Dee and Dick traveled far and wide visiting children and friends in the USA and abroad.

She is survived by Dick, her husband of 64 years.  Three children – John E, Teresa A, and Richard E.  Five grandchildren – Nickolas and Andrew Brence, Rachel and Thomas Harrington, and Skyler Brence and two great grandsons – Anthony and Francis Brence and many friends.

Viewing will take place January 20, 2022 from 5 to 7pm, at Horan and McConaty Funeral Home, Thornton, CO and the Funeral Mass will be at 1030am at St Mark’s Catholic Church, Westminster CO.  Burial services will be private for the immediate family at Fort Logan, National Cemetery. CO.
