David Sanchez

David R Sanchez, 77, died September 13, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital Denver after a tough battle with Kidney failure.  Mass will be held at Light of the World Catholic Church, Littleton Colorado, Friday, September 24, 2021 at 11:00 am with Inurnment to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

David was born August 5, 1944 in Denver Colorado to Dave & Marie Sanchez.  He was the youngest of five (5) children, which included four older sisters, Vivian, Sue, Priscilla and Diane.  He grew up in Denver and was later married to Judy Ann Sanchez in 1971 who predeceased him.  They raised three (3) children in Littleton Colorado.

David’s career was spent as a beef lugger while holding other trades including a concrete finisher and transportation electrician.  In his spare time, David was committed to volunteering his time and donations to the Lakewood Elks Lodge, American Legion, Post 178 and the Eagles Clubs where he and his wife Judy were well known for their generosity and loyal friendships.  His devotion to helping others in need was what most that knew him will remember him for.

He is survived by his three (3) children; Charmaine, Burnadette (Blane), Bobby (Lori), six (6) grandchildren, seven (7) great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and multiple extended family members.
