Brendan Joseph Dea, age 34, passed away at his home in Denver, Colorado on June 24, 2022.
Brendan was born on November 10, 1987 in Denver, Colorado. He attended Blessed Sacrament Elementary School and graduated from Bishop Machebeuf High School in 2005. He completed two years at the University of Colorado at Denver.
Brendan worked in the hospitality industry for most of his adult life. This work allowed him to engage with people from all walks of life, which suited his warm and outgoing personality.
Brendan’s other passions in life were his love for his four Golden Retrievers, football, and scary movies. He was known for his generosity towards fellow residents during his stay at Sober Living Communities. While residing there, Brendan facilitated AA groups to assist others who also suffered from alcohol dependency.
Survivors include his parents, Pat and Mary Dea, brothers Patrick and Conor, nephews Henry and Conor Joseph and niece Laura Dea, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Funeral Mass will be held on July 21, 2022 at 10AM at Risen Christ Catholic Parish, 3060 S Monaco Pkwy, Denver, CO 80222.
