Beverly Nora

Beverly Ann Nora, 81, passed away in Garner, NC on December 17, 2021. She died from complications of Alzheimer’s. Bev was born on November 28, 1940, in Cedar Falls, Iowa to parents Clara and Kenneth Baumgartner. She married her husband, Jerry Nora, April 16, 1960. They had three children, Kimberly Shemanske (Ken) Aurora, CO, Kathy Taylor (Roy) Garner, NC, and Kelly Salvatore (Bill) Morris Plains, NJ. After living in Waterloo, Cedar Rapids and Ottumwa, they made Colorado their home. Bev was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  Bev's favorite thing in life was her grandchildren, Nicole, Lyndsay, Brandan, Brittany, Tommy, and Michael. She was very proud to be a great-grandmother (GG) to Maykayla, Dylan, Riley, Reagan, Logan, Jordan, and Austin.

A memorial service is scheduled Monday, January 24 at 11:00 am and a luncheon will follow the service. Services will be held in the chapel at Horan and McConaty at 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., Aurora, CO 80014.
