유미 로즈마리 핸슨을 추모하며

Our beloved Yumi passed away on October, 1st 2025 at the age of 2, after short but hard fought battle against leukemia.

우리의 소중한 유미가 짧지만 힘든 싸움으로 백혈병에 맞서다 2살의 나이로 2025년 10월 1일에 세상을 떠났습니다.

Yumi was born in Grapevine, Texas on November, 1st 2022 to parents, Mitch and Sophie Hanson. Yumi was an active, cute, adventurous, and curious child always wanting to explore and learn new things by constantly asking question ‘what is this?’ She was a joyful soul with the brightest smile; a true sunshine. She was also a little troublemaker in the best type of way, always entertaining everyone with her goofy dance moves, and funny personality.

유미는 미치와 소피의 딸로 2022년 11월 1일에 그레이프바인, 텍사스에서 태어났습니다. 유미는 활동적이고, 귀엽고, 모험적이며, 항상 ‘이게 뭐지?’ 하고 질문을 하면서 탐험하고 배우는 호기심이 많은 아이였습니다. 유미는 모두에게 봄날의 햇살 같은 아이였습니다. 그리고 우스꽝스러운 춤사위와 재밌는 성격으로 모두를 즐겁게 하는 재밌는 말썽꾸러기 였습니다.

Our family was not expecting the loss of our beautiful Yumi girl. We are devastated by this loss and will feel the absence of Yumi forever. Our cute Kongkongee truly was the sweetest and kindest soul and a joy to be around. Yumi will always be remembered by Mitch and Sodam Hanson and her grandparents, Matt and Pam Hanson and Changyong Park and Sundeok Kim, her uncles, Joey Hanson and Hyeonung Park as well as many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

우리 가족은 유미를 갑작스럽게 잃게 될거라고는 정말 상상도 하지 못했습니다. 우리 모두는 유미를 잃은 것에 대해 너무나 큰 충격이고 평생 유미의 빈자리를 느낄 것입니다. 우리의 귀여운 콩콩이는 정말로 제일 다정하고 상냥한 맑은 영혼이었습니다. 유미는 항상 유미의 엄마 아빠, 그랜마, 그랜파, 할아버지, 할머니, 조이삼촌과 현웅 삼촌, 그리고 많은 친척들, 이모, 삼촌들, 그리고 친구들에게 기억될 것입니다.

A memorial gathering will be help between 5pm to 8pm with a service beginning at 7pm on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, at Horan and McConaty located at 5303 E County Line Rd, Centennial, CO 80122. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Yumi's memory to the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation: https://www.supportchildrenscolorado.org/

추모 시간은 2025 년 10월 8일 오후 5시에서 8시 사이이며 추모식은 오후 7시, Horan and McConaty에서 열릴 예정입니다. 근조화환 대신 유미를 기리며 어린이 병원 재단에 기부해 주시길 부탁드립니다.

Please note that we will be having a memorial service in Chicago Area in December.
