Xiang Lee

On Thursday, August 4, 2022, Xiang Lee, loving wife and mother of four children, passed away at the age of 57.

In 1982, Xiang married Chong Lee and together, they raised three daughters (Pamula, Paula, and Pauline) and one son (Adam).

Xiang had a great passion for cooking – providing food was her love language. She enjoyed making traditional Asian dishes, putting her own creative twists to some recipes, and learning how to make new dishes. Her smile and laugh were infectious, and her compassion and care for others has left a positive impact that will live on forever in memory.

Xiang was preceded in death by her father, Xia Xeng Vang, and her stepmother, May Vang. She is survived by her husband Chong; her four children, Pamula (David) Breedlove, Paula, Pauline, and Adam; her three grandchildren, Anthony, Izaiah, and Elijah; her sisters, Sin, Nancy, Chovane, Loun; her brother Houa; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Horan & McConaty (9998 Grant St. Thornton, Colorado 80229) at 10:00am.
