Winona “Nona” Faye (nee Clark) Libhart, age 84, left this life January 3, 2021. She is survived by the love of her life Richard Lee Libhart, her husband of 55 years. Born in Meeker, Colorado on January 16, 1936 to parents Everett Nelson Clark and Nina Frances (Coleman) Clark, Winona moved to the greater Denver area as a young woman where she resided most of her adult life. In 1979, Winona joined the staff in the Adams County Treasurer’s Office as Director for Tax Counseling for the elderly. As a volunteer and an employee, her clients included the elderly, disabled and low-income citizens of Adams County. Having touched the lives of so many, Winona continued into retirement providing “Winona’s Tax Services” meeting the needs of clients, family and friends.
