Survived by his wife, Kay; daughters Rhonda (Russ) Hulslander and Kim (Mark) Culbertson; grandchildren Megan, Paige and Scott; siblings Louise Hall, Casey (Charlene) Rogers and Keith (Karen) Rogers. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, Nov. 3 at 1:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Contributions can be made to St. John's Hospice, 1320 Everett Court, Lakewood, 80215.
