Welma Jean Partyka

Welma Jean Partyka She was born on July 16, 1935 and passed away on August 22, 2014. Welma was preceded in death by her husband (Stan), her parents (Earl and Gertrude Azeltine), her sisters (Lorraine, Omie, and Gwen), and her brothers (Wally, Don and Jim). She is survived by her children (Robert, Richard and Sheryl), her grandchildren (Jeremiah, Brandon and Kaylan) and her great-grandchildren (Jazlynn, Pierce, Sylus, and Sarah). She also leaves behind nieces and nephews (including one especially close nephew, Chris). Welma held various jobs during her lifetime. She worked retail positions at Miller Stockman, Montgomery Wards, and K-Mart. She also enjoyed a career as a dental assistant and had her own daycare business for over 20 years. Welma was a Christian and had recently been baptized. Welma's sense of humor and enjoyment of life left a positive impression with a lot of people. She touched many lives and will be deeply missed. Services will begin at 1PM on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at The Rock of Southwest Church located at 10393 West Alamo Place in Littleton, Colorado. There will be a graveside service at 2 PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery (near Sheridan and Hampden). A reception will follow at 3 PM at the Rock of Southwest Church.
