Walter T. Nawrocki

Walter "Walt" Nawrocki, aged 83, passed away November 29, 2024 in Thornton, CO. 

Walt was born in Gary, IN and was a graduate of Purdue University. He served in the U.S. Army achieving the rank of Captain. Walt was employed as a Mechanical Engineer for the Gates Corporation for 31 years. 

Walt enjoyed woodworking, hunting, fishing, camping, time with his grandchildren, and volunteering for the Arvada Kiwanis Club and St. Mark’s Parish. 

Walt was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie (Talaga) Nawrocki; father, Walter Nawrocki; mother, Sophie Nawrocki; sister, Theresa Bajgrowicz; and brother, Stanley Nawrocki. He is survived by sons, Timothy Nawrocki and James Nawrocki; sister, Eleanor Maggio, and his grandchildren, Anastasia Nawrocki, Nicolaus Nawrocki, Peter Nawrocki and Alexander Nawrocki. He will be dearly missed.
