Virginia Henderson

VIRGINIA (Acierno) HENDERSON Virginia Antoinette Acierno Henderson, 83, passed away suddenly January 30, 2005. She was born October 26, 1921, to Angelina Farinacci and Jerry Acierno. Virginia devoted her life to her family and community. She is loved and will be missed. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, George Madison Henderson, Jr., of Commerce City; one daughter and two sons, Genie (Dominic) Petrocco; T.J. (Linda) Henderson and Chuck (Ann) Henderson; four grandchildren, Angeli (Todd) Coover, Lisa Petrocco, Trax and Lacey Henderson; two great-grandchildren, Kari and Jamie Coover; a nephew, John David (Kathy) Dockerty and great-niece and nephew, Marcus and Caroline Dockerty. She was preceded in death by her sister, Louise "Babe" Dockerty. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 3rd, from 10:00AM-5:00PM, with a Rosary at 7:00PM, both at the Horan and McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, in Thornton. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, Feb. 4th, 10:00AM, at Our Lady Mother of The Church, 6690 East 72nd Avenue, Commerce City. Interment will follow at Ft. Logan National Cemetery.
