Vincent Matarazzo of Westminster, Colorado passed away on December 13, 2014 at the age of 67. A loving husband, father, and grandfather. Preceded in death by his wife, Joan. He is survived by his children, Melissa and Joseph; and grandchildren, Olivia, Joseph and Neaveir. The family will receive guests at a pubic viewing on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 starting at 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado.
