Vincent Louis Creadon

Vincent Louis Creadon, age 76, passed away in his home in Littleton, Colorado on October 28, 2026. Vince was born in Denver on September 16, 1950, and lived in Colorado his entire life. When he finished school, he began a career in retail, working at King Soopers and at Lowe’s until he retired.

Vince was gifted with several talents: he was an inspired photographer with a keen eye for composition and color. A number of photos by Vince hang in our homes. He also was a natural skier who easily mastered that sport, and had a more than decent golf swing. Vince loved golf and fishing, and he loved being outdoors and active with his family and friends. Vince wanted to do as much as he could with his life, and he wanted to live fully. In that sense he passed away too soon. He had more good living to do. In another sense, his severe suffering from health issues made his death a relief from the pain he lived with for so many years. We rejoice in the peace that has finally come to him.

Vince was generous to a fault. He wanted a happy life for himself, and for everyone he knew. He sought to make others as cheerful and hopeful as he was, and his sunny nature radiated to all he knew. We will miss so much about Vince, but losing the light of his joy is a loss to all of us.

Vince was preceded in death by his father and mother, Louis and Thelma Creadon. He is survived by his brothers Jim and Paul Creadon (Jaclyn), and by his sisters Mary Ann (Albert) and Jane (Kenneth). He also is survived by his nieces Claire and Rachel (Bart), Maura (Alex) and Alexandra, his nephews Ben (Katie), and Nick, and by his great niece Alice and great nephews Leo and Adam.

Rosary Service will take place at Horan & McConaty Funeral Service in Centennial, Colorado on Monday, November 9 at 11 a.m. A reception follows from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
