Victoria E. Willson, a retired insurance agent and Lions Club volunteer, passed away on June 3, 2021 at her home in Aurora, Colorado.  Victoria is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 33 years, Paul Barbour, her sister, Sharon Williams, brother-in-law, Jerry Williams, and her parents, Ila and Reuel Mitchell.  She is survived by her step-sons, David Barbour, Peter Barbour, Kenneth Barbour, Philip Barbour, her nieces, Victoria Stack, Lisa Tuite, Shannon Briglia, and numerous grandchildren and great-nephews and nieces.

Victoria was born and raised in Denver and attended college at Colorado State University in Ft. Collins.  She was an active skier and enjoyed international and domestic travel, visiting nearly every continent.  She loved the mountains, spending time with her family, and enjoyed crossword puzzles, needlework, knitting and a host of other creative hobbies. With her husband, she was an active Lions Club member and served on the Rocky Mountain Eye Institute Board for a number of years before her retirement. She was awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award for her contributions to the community and Lions.

A funeral service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on September 20, 2021 at Horan McConaty, 11150 E. Dartmouth Avenue, Aurora, Colorado 80014. Donations to the Denver Lions Foundation are suggested in lieu of flowers.
