Vesper M. Garner

Vesper M. Garner, 95, died at McKee Medical Center on Friday, October 13, 2017. Born August 11, 1922 in Arapahoe, Nebraska, she lived in McCook, Culbertson, and Lincoln before moving to Denver, Co. Over the years she worked as a hostess, cashier, and home maker .Vesper was active at the Northglenn Senior Center, American Legion, V.F.W., and Red Hat Society. She is survived by her children Joyce (Neil) Alberts of St. George, UT, Donna (Russ) Sloan of Denver, CO, Grant (Joan) Garner of Berthoud, CO. Vesper was preceded in death by her parents Ralph Tilson and Ethyl Boyd; her sister Evelyn and brother Floyd; and her husband Toney Garner. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, October 20 at 11:00am at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel (9998 Grant Street, Thornton 80229). The service will be immediately followed by a Reception.
