Venita H. Gallagher

Venita H.Gallagher born 1920 in Keosauqua, IA, passed away in peace at her home in Lakewood, Co. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband James R. Gallagher, and great granddaughter Kaitlyn. She loved golf, poetry, the Arizona desert and lived life to its fullest. Survived by her children Pamela (Bruce) Smith, Daniel (Beverly), John (Barb), Lynette (Blair) Kline and Donna (Mike) Foltz, 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, goddaughter Catherine Bittler and many nieces and nephews. Visitation is Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Blvd. Rosary, Monday, at 10:30 am followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 am, both held at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 2771 Zenobia St., Denver. Entombment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John's Hospice or the Archdiocese of Denver, Catholic Charities.
