Timothy James Hollander

Timothy J. Hollander, 71, of Littleton, Colorado, passed away Friday, June 5, 2026, in his home. He was born August 26, 1954 in Rochester, Minnesota, to Edward W. and Helen M. (Dearing) Hollander.

Tim started his career as a paper boy in Rochester, Minnesota. He would tell people that was where he learned sales. He then shifted his career to baking working in his father’s bakery, eventually purchasing the business in Huntingburg, Indiana. He was hired by Dawn Food Products in Jackson, Michigan, working there for several decades along with his brothers and at several levels of management, sales and technical service.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Cindy, their two daughters, Jenny (Dana II) Bersch of Phoenix, Arizona, Kelly (Brian) Straub of Colorado Springs, Colorado and one son, John (Amanda) Hollander of Castle Rock, Colorado; six grandchildren, Dana III and Josephine Bersch, Ada and Cam Straub, and Beck and Lucy Hollander. He is also survived by seven siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Tim was preceded in death by his parents.

A gathering to celebrate Tim’s life will take place at Horan and McConaty, 5303 E. County Line Road, Centennial, Colorado, on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 10:00 am.
