Timothy Grant Hartman

Timothy Grant Hartman passed away on October 16, 2014. Born in Longmont on April 25, 1947, Colorado was the only place Tim called home. He taught math for 30 years in Jefferson County schools, where he also coached basketball and track. His Bear Creek girls track team won the state title in 1979. Tim graduated from Colorado State University and was a passionate fan of the Rams, Broncos, Nuggets, and Rockies. Tim is survived by an adoring family: his wife of 45 years, Karen; his children Andrew, Matthew, and Sarah; his daughters-in-law Ameris and Erica; his grandchildren Brittany, Caylie, Benjamin, Asa, and Eli; his sister Joyce and brother Dave; and many more. A Memorial Service honoring Tim will be Wednesday, October 22, 2014, 11 AM, at Arvada United Methodist Church, 6750 Carr Street, in Arvada, Colorado 80004.
