Thomas Alexander Smagala

Thomas Alexander Smagala, 62, passed away on November 9, 2018. He was born to Florence and Stanley Smagala in Brooklyn on December 29, 1955. He is survived by his loving wife Patricia; his children Stanley Smagala, and Patricia “Patsy” Carlson and her husband Jacob; his grandchildren Madelyn May Carlson and Miles Jacob Carlson; his siblings Linda Kuzmiskas, Robert Smagala and his wife Debbie, Gary Smagala and his wife Kathy, Drew Smagala, James Smagala and his wife Denise; his sister-in-law Dena Smagala; and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Stanley Smagala.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 1st at 10AM at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel 7577 W. 80th Ave. Arvada, CO 80003.
