Thomas Lantzy

Thomas Edwin Lantzy, 84, of Arvada, Colorado, passed away September 23, 2021. He was born January 19, 1937, in Denver, Colorado to Edwin B. and Margaret Chadwick Lantzy.

Thomas served in the Air Force as a firefighter and later on worked for the United States Postal Service until he retired. He enjoyed spending his free time fishing, hiking and hunting.

He is loved and will be missed by many.

Thomas is the father of Philip (Loretta), Kevin (Wendy) and Tom (Karina) Lantzy; grandfather to Ryan, Kyle, Cara, Zach, and Charice, and great-grandfather to Sadie, Sean and Sutton. He is the older brother of David Lantzy.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Betty J. Lantzy on March 20, 2021.

Recitation of the Rosary will be at 6:00pm, on Wednesday October 13, 2021, at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 W. 80th Ave., Arvada, CO  80003

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am, on Thursday October 14, 2021, at Spirit of Christ Catholic Church, 7400 W. 80th Ave., Arvada, CO  80003.

Burial will be at 1:15pm, on Thursday October 14th at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd., Denver, CO. Please gather at Staging area 'C' by 1:00pm.
