64, passed away December 18, 2011. He is survived by his wife Deanne West; parents Charles and Audrey Gebow; sister Janet Gebow; niece Eliza; and nephew Charles. He was preceded in death by his brother Bill. A Memorial Service celebrating Tom's life will be Friday, December 23, 4pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E.
