Thomas passed away on August 3, 2011. He is survived by his wife Gwen; daughter Kimberly Bankson and her husband James; grandson Michael Story; great-grandchildren Raelynn, Jena and Billy. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 7:00pm, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 W. 80th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado.
