Terry Gettman

Terry Lee Gettman, 72, of Denver, Colorado, passed away peacefully in his home on November 12th, 2021. Terry was a veteran of the United States Army and a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters as a Truck Driver for 35 years until his retirement in 2007.

Terry was an avid golfer and fisherman and loved spending time with his family and friends. Terry is survived by his children, Michelle Strauch and Kas Gettman, his grandchildren, Cory, Breanna, Zachary, Skye and Mia, his siblings, Bill Gettman and Helen Kelly along with his niece Cheri, and nephew Billy Dean. Of Terry’s many friends there are several who are considered family and survive Terry, a special thank you is extended to The Bader Family, Dave, Pat, Randy, Randy, Mike, Craig, and Mary for surrounding him with your love and friendship.

Services for Terry will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery on December 10th at 3:15pm. (If you would like to attend the cemetery service please arrive at Staging Area "C" no later than 3:00pm.) A reception will follow the service at 6:00pm at Ciancio’s Restaurant located at Hyland Hills Golf Course. Dinner and drinks will be served.
