Sylvester Anthony Francalancia

Sylvester Francalancia, 93, of Denver, husband of Frances Francalancia, who preceded him in dealth, passed away December 17, 2009. Sylvester is the father of Pat (Charlotte) Francalancia; grandfather of Steve (Sheri) Francalancia & Gina Francalancia; great grandfather of Angelina, Nicole, Cari & Caitlyn; and great-great grandfather of Trenton. Syl was born in Denver and resided here his entire life. Syl graduated from St. Joesph HS in 1934. He worked as a credit manager for 35 years before retiring from V W & R in June of 1978. In addition, Syl was very active in church and various charities. Rosary at Horan & McConaty, 3020 Federal Blvd. Tuesday 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 4200 Federal Blvd, Denver 80211, Wednesday 10:00 a.m. with entombment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the St. Catherine's Grade School Fund.
