Steven Oliver PANKRATZ, 58, passed on December 22, 2016. Preceded in death by his parents, Elbert and Opal Pankratz and his sister, Beth. Steven is survived by his wife, Jean, daughter Jessica and son-in-law, James Medaugh and grandson, Clark. No services.
