Sergio Pezoa

Sergio Eladio Pezoa, 89, of Denver, Colorado, passed away on April 22, 2023 of sudden illness.

Sergio was born on May 29, 1933 in Santiago, Chile.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad Tecnica del Estado, Chile. He worked as an engineer in Chile for several years and then in different US states, settling at Silver Engineering in Denver, CO. He became a citizen of the US, retired from industrial engineering in 1990, but continued working well into his 80’s.

He loved classical music, old cars, seafood, traveling, and reading the Denver Post.

Sergio is survived by his sister Eliana in Melipilla, Chile, his wife Maria Teresa in Denver, sons Sergio Alberto, Sergio Mauricio, daughters Veronica and Jacqueline, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren of Denver, Boulder, Dallas, and Chicago.
