Scott M. Sensabaugh, 56, of Westminster, CO, died Sunday, January 4, 2026.
Scott was born on June 14, 1969, in Columbus, OH, the son of the late Harry K. “Sonny” Sensabaugh and the late Linda S. Paris (née Leach).
During the 1980s, Scott lived in Naples, FL, where he found joy in saltwater fishing, sailing, and skateboarding. An accomplished chef, he earned an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology, Culinary Arts, in 1995 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
In 2001, Scott moved to Denver, CO, where he fully embraced the mountain lifestyle. He loved snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, camping, playing frisbee golf, and taking scenic drives. He also had a deep love for dogs, horses, and music.
Scott’s legacy lives on through his devoted wife, Ruth Sensabaugh (née Beltrami), and his beloved son, Liam N. Sensabaugh, who were the center of his universe. He will also be deeply missed by his extended family, cousins, and a wide circle of dear friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Skyestone Lodge, 11057 N. Montane Drive, Broomfield, CO 80021.
