Scott Michael Christensen, age 36, passed away on April 13, 2015. Scott is survived by his father Michael and his sister Amy (Michael) Fowles. Scott is preceded in death by his mother Barbara. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Horan & McConaty family chapel, 5303 E. County Line Road Centennial, CO 80122.
