Sara Ann Marie Haberkorn

Sammie Haberkorn of Arvada, Colorado passed away on February 24, 2015 at the age of 28. Born in Colorado Springs, Colorado on February 26, 2015. She loved taking care of others, more than herself. She is survived by her mother, Vicky; father, Don; brother, Tyler; grandparents, MaRu & Gil; and preceded in death by grandparents, Margie & Bob. A Memorial Service will honor Sara on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado.
