Sally A. Collins, 87, passed away June 24, 2017. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 5, 2017, from 4-7pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel. Funeral Service will be Thursday, July 6, 2017, at 11am also at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton, CO 80229. Interment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery ""C"", 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, CO 80236, at 1:15pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Charities or a Hospice Organization of your choice. Please share your memories of Sally and condolences for the family by signing the guestbook below.
