Ruth M. Flaherty departed this life peacefully on November 24, 2012 at the age of 100. She was the devoted mother of Jane (Michael) Broderick. Ruth is also survived by brother Melvon Vollbrecht, two sisters-in-law, Bessie & Myrna Vollbrecht, 34 nieces & nephews and their many children. Funeral Mass 4:00 PM Tuesday, December 4 at Christ the King Catholic Church, followed by a reception at the Church. Entombment 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 5 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
