Roy Keener

Our beloved brother passed away on September 6, 2023, due to a 2 year illness with cancer.

Roy was proceeded in death by his father, mother, and an older brother. Roy leaves behind 5 siblings; Ken, Linda, Audrey, Norma, and Wanda, and step-mother, Renee Keener.

Roy was a hard worker and dedicated employee at Safeway for 35 years. He loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed gardening, camping, and being outdoors. Whether it was a phone call or a visit, he always gave you his full attention. You knew you had a friend for life once you met Roy. His generosity and kindness was never ending. The next time you have a chocolate chip cookie, have a glass of milk and know that Roy will be enjoying one with you.

Services for Roy will be held on Friday September 29, 2023 at 11:00 in the morning at 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., Aurora, CO. 80014, with a reception immediately after.
