In recent years after Sally’s passing Ron kept busy running his business he started 30 years ago. He also returning to skiing - another one of his great loves. He continued coaching football including semi-pro teams before eventually joining Aurora High School football as a coach for the past three years. His ornery nature always brought laughter wherever he went but it was clear that beneath that tough exterior lay a heart full of love for those around him.
