With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Ronald Jason Keller, who left this world too soon on March 17, 2025. A devoted family member, father, and friend, Ron was a man of integrity, adventure, and boundless love. A brilliant mind, and a kind soul, Ron’s presence brought warmth and wisdom to those who knew him.
Born in Texas, Ron spent most of his life in Colorado, where he built a life filled with passion and purpose.
Ron pursued engineering and innovation at the Colorado School of Mines, where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and earned his degree in Civil Engineering in 1998. His education laid the foundation for a successful career as a structural engineer, where he made lasting contributions. Beyond his professional achievements, he was known for his unwavering support, sharp wit, and generous heart.
Ron embraced life with a spirit of adventure. An avid outdoorsman, his absolute passion was being in nature—hiking, climbing, on the water, hunting, camping, and four-wheeling. Other than spending time with his daughters, he was never happier than when he was exploring the great outdoors, finding peace and joy in the wild beauty of the world around him.
He found joy in snowboarding, skateboarding, playing soccer and lacrosse. He was a Boy Scout in his youth, carrying those values of leadership and service throughout his life.
In 2008, Ron married Heather Johnson. Together, they built a beautiful family, raising two cherished daughters, Arabella Rose (15) and Vivian Ksenia (9), who were the light of his life.
Ron is survived by his beloved daughters, Arabella and Vivian; his parents, Ron and Betty Keller; his brother, Chris Keller and wife Laura; his sister, Jessica Zentner and husband Todd; and his nephews: Landon, Logan, Nathan, nieces: Adelyn, Avery, Emerson, Delaney, and Ainsley. He was deeply loved and will be forever missed.
A service to celebrate Ron’s life will be held on April 1st, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Horan & McConaty 5303 E County Line Rd, Centennial, Colorado 80122 with a reception immediately following at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your place of worship or a favorite charity honoring Ron’s legacy of kindness and generosity.
