Ronald John George

Ronald John George, born May 22, 1939, in Cherokee, Iowa to Charlie and Margaret George, passed away on August 21, 2025, surrounded by love. Ron deeply valued family and created countless memories with them. For over 20 years, he sponsored annual vacations to bring his children, grandchildren and extended family together across the miles, ensuring strong family connections for generations to come. He also loved to play cards, watch golf, go for walks and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. He is survived by his children, Michelle Feldman, Danielle Jaeschke (John), and Charlie George (Robin), his 9 grandchildren and his 7 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held on October 4th at 3:00 p.m. at Horan & McConaty, 5303 E. County Line Road, Centennial, CO (the celebration will begin at 3:00, followed by a reception). Ron will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, wisdom and humor. He often said, “Fast pay makes fast friends,” a phrase that reflected both his wit and his desire to pay or be paid immediately!
