Roger was born on August 8, 2018 to Alcide and Alice Ricard in Providence, Rhode Island.
Roger is survived by his wife, Jeanne Ricard, his children, Michele (Dana) Frew, Sue Danko, Dave (Ruth) Ricard and Tina (Tom) Starman and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will miss their Pépère.
