Roger Keehn

Roger J Keehn,  86 years old, of Lakewood, CO peacefully passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 surrounded by his children and loved ones. Roger was born to Robert and Jean Keehn on August 31st, 1936 in Newark, New Jersey.  A talented athlete who lettered in 3 sports, he graduated from Hillside High School in 1954.  Roger went on to earn his bachelors degree from Muhlenberg college where he was a walk on starting fullback for Muhlenberg’s football team his senior year. After graduation Roger pursued a successful career as a Human Resources Executive working for the likes of WR Grace, McGraw Hill Book Publishing, Samsonite, and PEPSICO. Roger was a skilled artist and creative gardener, avid tennis player, and loved to explore the world. He was an accomplished scuba diver with over 100 logged dives. Roger enjoyed getting to know people from every walk of life and was always taking the road less traveled. He lived his life the way knew how by following his own road. Roger is survived by his 3 children and their families - son Evan Keehn, daughter Alison Keehn, and daughter Holly Keehn Witulski, her husband Peter and their son Noah who is Roger’s only grandchild. A celebration of life will be recorded and shared along with a future visitation and spreading of Roger’s ashes in various spots along the roads he traveled.
