Robert E. ""Rob"" Brown Jr. January 14, 1936 - December 17, 2016 70, originally of Annapolis, MD, passed into eternal life on December 17, 2016. Robert was preceded in death by his parents Frances and Robert E. Brown. He is survived by his loving wife Frances Townsend Brown, daughter Whitney L. Berichi, son Robert E. Brown III, his sisters Lynne Stefan and Leah Robertson, and 5 grandchildren. Services will be held in Robert's honor at a later date in Maryland.
