Rita Jean Sebastian, 84, passed away on March 30, 2019 in Frederick, Colorado.
A funeral service will be held in her honor on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 11AM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel in Thornton (9998 Grant St Thornton CO 80229) with a reception to follow.
A graveside service will follow at 2:30PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area ‘B’.
