Rita Forsyth

Rita Forsyth, a beloved friend, sister, mother, and grandmother, passed away in her home in Aurora, Colorado at the age of 71 on Friday, August 19, 2022.

She was born in Barron, Wisconsin on October 17, 1950 to parents, Anthony and Rose Klingelhoets.

Growing up and throughout her life she worked in Real Estate and held many jobs in retail and customer service, as well as running her own cleaning business for over 25 years.  She had a strong work ethic, took pride in paying attention to detail, and trying to make others happy, often putting others before herself.

She loved her faith, could never get enough books to read, watching Lifetime and Hallmark movies, cooking, cuddling with her cat "Charlie", and spending time with her granddaughters, Taryn and Sierra; whom she adored.

She is survived by her daughter, Desirae, with her husband, Joel, Glentzer of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, her granddaughters, Taryn and Sierra Glentzer, her brother, Steve Klingelhoets, of Barron, Wisconsin, her brother, Joe, with his wife, Pat, Klingelhoets of Mikana, Wisconsin, her sister, Arla, with her husband, Darrin, Falk and family of Menomonie, Wisconsin, and her brother, Alan Klingelhoets of Barron, Wisconsin.

Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Les, her parents, Anthony and Rose Klingelhoets, her brothers, Thomas and Andrew Klingelhoets, and her sister, Linda Dreyer.

You will be forever in our hearts, always loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.

Friends and family and invited to celebrate her life with a memorial service at Horan & McConaty in Aurora, Colorado on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.
