Richard Eugene Slezak, 83, passed away February 25, 2009. Husband of Maxine Semler Slezak; father of Richard, Jr., Stephen and Robert Slezak; step-dad of Dennis Semler and Debra Brandt; grandfather of Christopher, Samantha, Shelby Marion, Amanda, Jesse Semler and Jeffrey Brandt; and brother of Karen Evans. Memorial Service, Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at 11:00 am at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road (just one block to the west of Holly Street), in Centennial, Colorado. Committal Services follow at 1:00 pm at Fort Logan National Cemetery - Area ""A"", 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, in Denver, Colorado. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 455 Sherman Street, #500, Denver, Colorado 80203.
