Rebekah Blevins of Littleton, CO passed away on February 27, 2024, after a protracted 10+ year battle with thymus cancer. She was 73 years young. She leaves behind her devoted life partner Ken Swart, families of daughter Serana Robertson and son Christopher Blevins, and a wide circle of friends and associates. 

Rebekah was born Li Ching Fang to mother Li Chih-Lan and father Li Wei-Chung in Tainan, Taiwan on September 11, 1950. Rebekah married Daniel Rhodes Blevins, a US Air Force member from Hickory, NC in October 1971. The couple along with their two children lived in various locations due to Daniel's military postings, including Taiwan, March AFB near Riverside, CA, Clark AFB in the Philippines, Offutt AFB near Omaha, NE, Yokota AFB near Tokyo, Japan, and Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. They divorced in 1993. 

While working for the University of Maryland in Japan, Rebekah pursued her desire to complete her college education and was awarded a Bachelor of Business and Management degree from UM in 1983. She began her real estate career in San Antonio, Texas in 1992 working for Century 21. Rebekah moved to Colorado to be with Ken in 1994 and continued her real estate career working with multiple real estate firms, including Century 21, REMAX, Cherry Creek, and Brokers Guild until 2023. Rebekah was also a certified medical translator working for Mile High Multilingual Services and tutored multiple students in Mandarin Chinese. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Rebekah had a passion for cooking, traveling, watercolor painting, and shopping. Her favorite activity was whatever she was doing at the time. Known for never missing a sale and having well stocked pantries and closets, she enjoyed frequent travels, including trips to visit her children's families in Texas and Pennsylvania, trips to visit family in Taiwan, and traveling to various locations in the US with Ken or her sister Aileen and brother in-law Bob Helzer in Florida. Rebekah excelled in her hobby of watercolor painting. She enjoyed painting all matter of subjects - landscapes, flowers, fruit and vegetable baskets, and wildlife. She also made her own unique Christmas card designs.

Memorial service and reception will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Horan & McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO.
